Where Scottsdale gets serious about health data. Our 1,750 sq. ft. facility is purpose-built for precision diagnostics — equipped with medical-grade technology and staffed by degreed exercise scientists who turn complex data into a clear plan.
Located in the Desert Center
We're located at 15953 N Greenway-Hayden Loop, Suite J, in the Desert Center complex just off Scottsdale Road. Easily accessible from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix.
Finding us: We're in the back of the complex. Look for our DexaFit sign and turn at the yellow parking bumper — four dedicated client spots are reserved right at our entrance. If you're coming from the north on Hayden, you'll need to pass us and make a U-turn at the light.
The Front of Our Facility
Four reserved parking spots sit directly outside our entrance — no hunting for a space before your appointment. Same-day appointments are usually available, and our team will be ready when you arrive.
Reception
You're welcome to bring a partner, spouse, or training buddy — many clients come in pairs to test together and compare results. Our reception area gives companions a comfortable place to wait while you get started.
All of our staff hold degrees in exercise science, kinesiology, or equivalent fields. You're not being handed a printout — you're working with credentialed professionals who put your results in real context.
Consultation Rooms
Every appointment ends here — not at a checkout desk.
After your assessment, we bring you into a private consultation room where your results are displayed on a large screen. Our team walks you through every number: what it means, how it compares to your age and gender peers, and exactly what to do about it.
We don't rush this. Whether you have two questions or twenty, we stay until you leave with a clear plan — not just data.
The Lab
This is where the work happens. Our open lab houses six diagnostic platforms, each the gold standard in its category: DEXA body composition imaging, VO₂ Max cardiorespiratory testing, RMR metabolic analysis, Kinotek 3D movement capture, Proteus Motion strength & power assessment, and SphygmoCor® arterial health testing.
The same technology trusted by hospitals, universities, and professional sports organizations — available by appointment, usually same week.
A private bathroom and shower are available for changing before and after your assessment.
